All of us aware of importance of Ayurved in our life. It guides about lifestyle, seasonal lifestyle, diet, exercise, rejunuvation & spiritual knowledge.
Ayurved says, eating is the most important task we have to do. How, where, 
What & when, is also mentioned in it.
Firstly, we should think about taste. Salt & sour are become main ingredients of our food. Excess of both is harmful.
Ayurved says, excess eating of sour substances causes chilling in teeth, thirst, and stiffness in body, swelling, acidity, vertigo & many skin diseases. Excess eating of salty substances causes skin diseases, hair problems, acidity, impotency, and swelling & depletes body strength.
I have treated many patients of skin diseases, hyperacidity and hair problems & the cause of these diseases is nothing but excess use of salts & sour.
Ayurved is great!
Though these brings taste to food, we should avoid excess.
